Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy

While booking a cab or using any services offered by Prem Taxi Services, the following booking rules apply:

A booking can be made a maximum of 180 days prior to the trip start date and a minimum of 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting our support team.
To confirm an online cab booking, customers are required to pay an advance amount. The advance amount is calculated based on the estimated trip cost and will be adjusted against the final payable amount after trip completion.
In certain cases, customers may submit a booking request without advance payment; however, confirmation will remain subject to approval by Prem Taxi Services.
For every confirmed booking, vehicle and driver details will be shared at least 8 hours prior to the trip start time (2 hours for outstation one-way trips) via SMS or email.
Customers are advised to keep a copy of the booking confirmation SMS or email for reference.

Note:

In the event of a vehicle breakdown or accident, Prem Taxi Services will arrange an alternate vehicle wherever possible. If a replacement vehicle cannot be provided, the advance amount will be refunded in full.
Prem Taxi Services does not guarantee compensation for any material or immaterial loss incurred during the use of its services.
In case of a customer no-show or failure to inform changes in pickup date or time, the advance amount will be fully forfeited. If the advance paid is less than ₹500, the company reserves the right to collect additional charges to cover losses.
In case of a driver no-show, an immediate replacement vehicle will be arranged. If a replacement cannot be provided, a full refund of the advance amount will be processed.

Booking Modifications

Customers may modify the trip start date and/or end date (prepone or postpone) without any modification charges, subject to vehicle availability, if the request is made at least 24 hours before the original pickup time.
All modification requests must be communicated via phone call, email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Confirmation will be shared through the same channels.
Modifications requested after the trip has started are subject to availability and will be processed at the sole discretion of Prem Taxi Services.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made via phone call or email to our official contact details.
If a booking is cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.
If a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the pickup time, the entire advance amount will be deducted as a cancellation penalty.
If the cancellation is initiated by Prem Taxi Services due to unavoidable circumstances, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded.

Refund Policy

All eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and are credited back to the original payment source used at the time of booking.
Refund requests submitted via WhatsApp or SMS will not be considered.
