Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time without any cancellation charges.
If cancellation or trip modification is requested within 24 hours of the pickup time, the following terms will apply:
- Multi-day trips: Charges for the first day will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- Single-day trips / Airport transfers: No refund will be applicable.
- Airport transfers: No cancellation charges if cancelled at least 2 hours before the pickup time.
Refund Policy
Eligible refunds, as per our Cancellation Policy, will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
